- Shantanu’s string of qualifications include B.Sc (Botany), M.Sc (Ecology and Environment), Masters in Library and Information Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (specialization in Marketing), and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. Currently, he is pursuing PhD in Library and Information Science in the area of Information Service Marketing. Before joining IWSB, he has served in reputed organizations in and around Delhi, such as Delhi University (DU), Voluntary Health Association of India (VHAI), National Productivity Council (NPC), Tata Energy Research Institute (TERI), and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow. While working in IIM, Lucknow he was heading the Libraries of both Lucknow and Noida Campuses. With an experience of over 16 years in the field of library and information services, Shantanu has been a consultant to several organizations in setting up their library and information centers. He has also served as Academic Counselor to several institutions such as IGNOU and VMOU to develop their course modules.
